Any dispute arising out of Customer's access to the Services and/or use of the System shall be resolved in accordance with the following dispute resolution procedures:
Any disputes arising from the use of the system should be considered by contacting 922proxy's customer support via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact customer support with any questions that may arise regarding refunds, cancellations or chargebacks.
Please note that we log customer support conversations with customers for security reasons.
We will not refund any paid services that are not a feature of the product. Please note that all payments are final. If you think the proxy is not working properly, we are here to help.
Virtual product transactions are one-time and we do not currently offer any refunds.
The data provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.
The client's account is frozen or suspended due to the client's illegal activity.
Customer has started transmitting and/or receiving data through the System, provided Customer has purchased a bundle through the Customer Dashboard in the System.
The quality of service provided complies with the conditions stated in the service level agreement.
The purchased plan package has expired.
Connection quality and connection speed are limited by the capabilities of third parties and are not controlled by 922proxy. 922proxy does not guarantee any quality measurement of the quality of Internet connections provided by third-party Internet service providers, and you hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are a non-refundable event.
Reject software on the client side. As long as the client may use third-party and/or proprietary software (client software) to access the system and/or use the system, 922proxy is not responsible for the compatibility of the client software with the system.
